When deciding to hire an attorney to handle a personal injury case, a common question is “how is the attorney paid”? At Younce, Vtipil & Baznik, we fight for you, which is why we don’t get paid until we get money for you.
Should we win on your behalf, our maximum fee is 33 ⅓% of the total money won. Many attorneys charge 40% and sometimes up to 50% of the total money recovered, which doesn’t seem fair when this is YOUR case. At Younce, Vtipil & Baznik, we believe that YOU should be the one walking away with the largest amount possible, as YOU were the one affected by this injury.
It is also our policy that our firm will NEVER walk away with more money than you. This means that if our fee is more than what you get after we pay back medical providers, health insurance, etc. from the settlement money, we will automatically reduce our percentage to assure that our fee is never more than what you walk away with ...something that separates us from many other attorneys.
